Molloy&Associates were appointed in 2019 to execute a record of the existing building fabric within the two market sites, the Iveagh and Mother Redcaps Market groupings, informing a planning application for redevelopment to include a market quarter, hotel, hostel and generation of a new street network within the Iveagh Market block connecting Francis Street and Lamb Alley.
