Permission was granted to extend a once-institutional 19th century villa as an amenity building serving a large scale residential scheme in Churchtown, Dublin 14, in 2019. We have worked as part of a team over a number of years, succeeding in the recent successful planning consent, with works commencing in mid-2020.
